Ride for Rescue and Pet Party Open House Announced!

Ride for Rescue
November 12, 2006
To Benefit the new Humane Society of Citrus County, Florida

A Bike Run to benefit the Humane Society of Citrus County. All proceeds go to help reach the goal of building a shelter for abandoned, homeless, and abused animals in Citrus County.

Registration starts at 9:00 am, followed by the ride.

All preregistered participants are guaranteed lunch. Latecomers are first come, first serve. $15 per rider, $5 per passenger.

Come for the rideand a chance to ride the open country roads of Citrus County, stay for the party!

The Pet Party Open House
(12:00-4:00)

Immediately follows with pet supply vendors, activities, drawings, music and more. Dogs and other leashed pets with proof of rabies vaccination are welcome to also attend (the rabies tag is not enough, must have paper from the vet). Bring the whole family and meet the New Humane Society of Citrus County and learn how you can help make a difference.
